A private aurora hunt where the route is decided on the night. Your guide watches the forecast and the cloud map and drives to wherever the sky is clearest — which a fixed-route coach tour cannot do. Sightings depend on the weather and can never be guaranteed.

How long?Most guests choose 3–4 hours. Longer hunts give a better chance in changing weather.

- What is included?
- A private vehicle for your group only, a local driver-guide for the whole trip, hotel pickup and drop-off, fuel and all vehicle costs. Admission tickets and meals are not included unless stated.
- What if the weather is bad?
- Your driver-guide adjusts the route on the day around road and weather conditions. If a trip cannot run safely we reschedule it or refund it in full.
- Where do you pick us up?
- Anywhere in the Reykjavík area — your hotel, apartment or the airport. Tell us the address when booking and we confirm the time by email.
- How do I pay?
- Pay online when you book, or pay the driver by card terminal at the end of the trip. Both prices are shown before you book, and your card details are entered only on our payment provider's secure page.
